Do broom plants require Holly Tone, or just regular fertilizer?

Scotch broom are legumes so they fix their own nitrogen. You do not need to add supplemental nitrogen. They may need phosphorus (P) or potassium (K), but you should take a soil sample and have it tested to determine whether your soil will provide enough P and K before you add fertilizer. Go to your county extension office to purchase a soil sample bag.

Thanks for the quick response. I can do the soil test for sure.
