Home canned relish left in hot car
I took a jar of recently and properly home canned relish out of state and accidentally left it in a hot car for several days. Would it be safe to eat?

If the product was properly prepared, specifically the pH or acid level was achieved, it should be fine provided there is no sign of spoilage. Was the seal maintained? Doe the appearance look the same? Upon opening, is the smell what you would expect?
