Weed or desirable plant?

Georgetown Lutheran Church would appreciate your help determining if plants in our garden are weeds or desirable. (Our gardener has departed.) If desirable, a web address describing proper care would be fantastic. Thank you for this service!

1. Looks like Siberian iris. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/iris/growing-siberian-iris.htm You do not need to cut back the old foliage. Let it be a mulch for itself.

2. One of the many salvias. Send us photos when it blooms, and we can be more helpful.

3. Plumbago, a groundcover perennial. http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/PlantFinder/PlantFinderDetails.aspx?kempercode=b960

Thank you for the information on three of our plants.
However, I sent multiple questions yesterday but got only one automatic confirmation that a message was received. Do you know if the other questions arrived?
This is a wonderful service. We really appreciate it.

Thanks for alerting us to your other questions. There were so many with similar titles that they got kicked into Spam. We will begin answering them!
