corsair assassin bug

Asked August 31, 2018, 7:45 AM EDT

I have identified a corsair assassin bug (Sirthenea carinata) that appeared inside my house in Harford County, MD. Is it okay to release it outside as another beneficial predator, or is it considered an invasive species in Maryland that should be disposed of?
