What are these insects in my yard?

It’s about 20-50 worm like insects on one leaf. The leaf is wrapped in a silky covering.

These are probably newly hatched fall webworms. These are a native caterpillar that appears late in the growing season. It makes webs, is a big food source for wildlife, and doesn't usually do enough damage to warrant any treatment.
