Red Twig Dogwood Eater

What's this eating my red twig dogwood? And What can/should I do about it?

These are Dogwood Sawfly larvae.

You can remove them manually, drop them into a can of soapy water and discard them. If it is a severe infestation, you can spray them with horticultural oil.
