LILY BULBS IN AUGUST

Asked August 14, 2018, 1:53 AM EDT

I have received Asiatic lily bulbs today, August 13, and I don't know what to do with them. I'm pretty sure I should not plant them now. Please advise. Thank you.

It's OK to plant them now. However, if that isn't convenient and the bulbs are in good condition, you can store them in a cool, dry place and plant them in September or October.

OK. I was afraid they would start growing in this weather. Thank you for quick response and advice.
