Crape myrtles are susceptible to a couple of fungal leaf spot diseases when the weather conditions are right. Fungicides are preventative and will not clean up infection. It's not necessary this late in the season, because the shrubs have had enough time to build up energy reserves to put out next years growth.

You may want to rake up fallen infected leaves and dispose of them off-site, to lower the level of the innoculum in the area next year. There will always be spores of these fungal diseases floating around regardless, waiting for ideal conditions.
