hi Nellie - I did a dumb thing, I poured out my brine from a crock of fermenting pickles bc it was looking cloudy, but the pickles are actually fine and I don't know what to do w/ all of them now! yes I will give a bunch away but is tere any way to make more brine and plop them in there in jars and put in the fridge?! would they b ok for a couple weeks so we can eat them?! lori

You should be able to make a fresh batch of brine to cover the pickles for storage. Heat the brine to dissolve the salt then cool it before pouring over the pickles.
They may pick up some more salt from the fresh brine which you could reduce by rinsing them when taking them out to eat but you may not notice a difference.
