Evergreens dying

Good afternoon, We have quite a few evergreens in our neighbors that have been browing and appear to be dying. Is rheee a blight or some kind of insect currently casuognissues? Thanks

Depending upon the species, there are several diseases and environmental conditions that are affecting evergreens. Can you attach some photos of the trees in a reply to this email? Or, can you tell us some of the species? Then we should be able to help you.
