Yellow on cucumber leaves

Asked June 28, 2018, 8:06 PM EDT

Hi. I would appreciate any help you can give me regarding my 12-year old son's cucumber plants. The leaves are yellowing around the edges. I don't see any bugs. What is causing this and what do we need to do to help the plants? Pictures are attached. The last picture is from 10 days ago. There are quite a few cucumbers of good size on the plant right now and many smaller ones in process as well.

Overall your plants look healthy. There are no signs of insect feeding. The leaf discoloration looks like a type of environmental issue and there is no need to be concerned. Take a look at our vegetable profile on cucumbers for cultivation-fertilizing, weed, watering, etc.
