White Pine blister rust

Asked June 26, 2018, 12:17 PM EDT

It appears after reading on your site, that our white pines have blister rust. The needles are a red rusty color towards the bottom of tree the top 1/3 of the tree is still green.
How do we treat that. We live in Faribault MN. Is there a business in our area that would treat the trees, is this something we can do if so how. Thank-you so much!! Debra 651 245 5515

If it is blister rust, the following links may help guide you in treating the problem. If the branches are low enough, you can do the work using a pole saw.
