sixteen ft. pine Looks healthy as far as I can see. black fabric from county office was used around trees. . Needles look good. No die back at all. Was planted 12 years ago , as a bare root seedling, in a shelter belt. Has drip irrigation on sandy soil. Tree flopped over completely and no roots attached on that side. What's the problem and what used be done for the rest of trees in shelter belt?

can i get some photos of the tree and the root system that is upright? it could have been that individual tree had a catastrophic failure at planting and only recentlythe physics of wind overcame a deficient root system. if i could see some photos that would help narrow it down. please send to
