I have attached a photo of a vine growing on my trees. Is this poison ivy? Thanks

Primarily this is Virginia creeper, a native vine. It has 5 leaves in a whorl. It's a great native plant that produces berries for wildlife (birds) but you probably want to remove it from the tree. Use gloves when you pull it off, as some people may be a slight skin irritation from handling it. (It's NOT like poison ivy.) Here's photos and info: http://extension.umd.edu/hgic/virginia-creeper

We may see a little bit of Oriental bittersweet mixed in This is a foreign invasive plant and very damaging to wild and park areas, completely smothering and pulling over (and killing) trees. It has single oval leaves. By all means pull that off and pull up by the roots. http://extension.umd.edu/hgic/problems/oriental-bittersweet
