Is this Cow Parsely, or Hemlock, or Hogweed???

Hello, could you help me figure out what this is? Is is safe for me to just leave there? If not, do I dig it out? I have some pics of the flowers too, they are white, not yellow. Thanks!

This is none of the above. This is a wonderful native shrub--elderberry. Not only ornamental, but its berries are a great food source for birds (or people).
