From the photo I cannot be absolutely sure if that is poison ivy. If you go to https://ohioline.osu.edu/factsheet/aex-892237 you will find information on poison ivy. Or you can just go to 'Ohioline poison ivy' and several items will come up with photos of the vine and its leaves. As a young plant it can resemble box elder. As a vine on a support it is easier to identify partly because there are so very many little roots to support the vine and the leaves are spread out more so easier to see. 'Leaves of 3 - let it be.' Leaves can be notched and are smooth and alternate. As a young plant it can resemble a small shrub. All parts of poison ivy are poisonous and never burn it. Treat it with an herbicide and Fall is a better time to try to be rid of it. Use an herbicide that is designated to treat poison ivy and follow the label directions.
