grapes disappear

Asked June 8, 2018, 2:19 PM EDT

2nd year in a row-many grape flowering clusters appear to set small grapes then disappear-fine powder on stem clusters is all that remains-looks as though they were all eaten-yet univ site says there are very few grape insect pests- have found a few small worms but not in numbers that would cause this much damage -these are wild grapes that make the best jams and jellies. A fake wild grape with 5 pronged leaf has set fruit that is not edible-

Is the fine powder gray or white?
