Found this growing up the center of my lavender plant. Can you identify it? And if it’s an ok plant would it be worth transplanting away from my lavender?

This is Virginia creeper, a native vine. The five-leaf cluster makes it easy to id. This is beneficial to wildlife, but not very well behaved in a manicured landscape. it's fine in native or wild landscapes.

Here's good info: http://extension.umd.edu/hgic/virginia-creeper
