Red pine tree

Our five year old red pine has nice, new growth, but lost all of its needles. Looks mighty strange. Virus, insects, etc.? Since we have several other red and white pines, should we take it down so they don’t get whatever this is. Thanks, Nancy Alfton

It is difficult to diagnose a tree problem without an onsite inspection. It is next to impossible without at least a photo.
