What is this garden weed?

Any idea what this is? I've been fighting them in my garden's raised beds for years. They die off in the winter and come back with a vengeance in the spring. They pull out of the ground really easily, but they multiply so fast they start to choke out my vegetables.
Suggestions for what it is and how to get rid of it would be hugely appreciated!
The three-part clover-like leaves indicate this weed is likely one of the Oxalis. What do the flowers look like? Which color?
Manual removal and stopping seed production are basic first steps to control. Herbicides are available. Be sure to follow label instructions.
