Thank you for the picture link and the good pictures. For the cherry, it may be https://pnwhandbooks.org/plantdisease/host-disease/cherry-prunus-spp-bacterial-canker a symptom of which is https://pnwhandbooks.org/plantdisease/host-disease/cherry-prunus-spp-gumming. You can use the cultural controls. For chemical or biological controls, anything marked with H is available to the home gardener.

For your apple, it looks like scab, which can affect both leaves and fruit. https://pnwhandbooks.org/plantdisease/host-disease/apple-malus-spp-scab

For the pear, the fruit looks like russeting https://pnwhandbooks.org/plantdisease/host-disease/apple-malus-spp-fruit-russeting (pears and apples are in the same family so can be affected by the same diseases.) For the leaves it looks like http://oregonstate.edu/dept/nurspest/pear_leaf_blister_mite.htm
