Golden Chain Tree (Laburnum × watereri) is a showy weeping tree which is currently (early May) in full bloom. The tree grows to 12 to 15 feet tall (some sources say 20’ tall) by 15 feet wide. See text and images at https://landscapeplants.oregonstate.edu/plants/laburnum-watereri.
