Newcastle disease in poultry

Can I vaccinate a poultry flock that previously infected with newcastle disease? if your response is Yes !! please tell me , when I should vaccinate the infected flock quickly?

I'll start by saying that I'm not a veterinarian. I'm not sure what you would gain by vaccinating these chickens? If they have already been infected, and survived, they should have developed some immunity. I don't think a vaccine will improve the situation.

I suppose vaccination could function like a booster, and give a bit higher level of immunity, but I don't think that it will be worth the cost and effort.
