Over the weekend my humidity of the incubator for my chicks fell to 23%. I was unable to make it in on Saturday and found this at 5 pm on Sunday. The eggs were placed in the incubator on April 26 in the p.m. What is my chances for a hatch? Is there a 4-H agent that will come and candle the eggs and when should that happen? I am so sad for my 1st graders.

Your eggs should be alright, I worry about a temperature problem more then humidity. As long as you got the humidity back up as soon as you found it. I am in Carroll County, please contact the Wayne County Extension Office in Wooster about candling.
