Is there any plants or flowers deer don’t eat

Deer tend to stay away from Lenten Roses, Daffodils, Bee Balm and plants that have a fuzzy texture (Lamb's Ears, Dusty Miller). American Hollies, Boxwood, and Andromeda also are less palatable to them. Additional choices can be found on the following page (download the publication).

Rutgers University also has a good online database to check a plant's rating for deer resistance.
