Deer tend to stay away from Lenten Roses, Daffodils, Bee Balm and plants that have a fuzzy texture (Lamb's Ears, Dusty Miller). American Hollies, Boxwood, and Andromeda also are less palatable to them. Additional choices can be found on the following page (download the publication). https://extension.umd.edu/learn/publications/resistance-ornamentals-deer-damage-fs-655

Rutgers University also has a good online database to check a plant's rating for deer resistance. https://njaes.rutgers.edu/deer-resistant-plants/
