Hello, I have canned my own tuna for many years. I recently found some jars that were hidden away in the basement. I canned this tuna in 2009. Is it still safe? Thanks for your help

If you processed your tuna correctly (100 minutes in a pressure canner at 10 or 11# pressure) and they were stored in a cool, dark location and are sealed and show no signs of spoilage they should be safe to eat. The quality will probably be poorer as well as the nutritive level of the food.
If you have any doubt I would not consume them.
