White worm infection on indoor plant

Asked April 17, 2018, 11:04 AM EDT

As stated above, there are tiny white worms on my hydrangea that I bring in every winter, but never before had this problem. I explored the insect section on your web site and do not find this. Recently I was given an indoor plant with ivy, asparagus fern and a 3rd plant I do not recognize. The latter has thick roundish almost succulent like leaves about 1" in diameter and is in full bloom with mostly 1" clusters of very small pinkish-white flowers. I suspect this plant as the carrier, but see no worms on it. I would appreciate any ideas you may have on what this is and how to treat it.
