ground cherry transplant shock?

Asked April 4, 2018, 10:57 AM EDT

I recently potted up some ground cherry seedlings from a 2" soil block to a 4" soil block. Prior to potting up, the plants' leaves stuck out horizontally, and looked extremely healthy. After potting up, all the leaves are pointing down, and some of the larger leaves are white and papery looking. I did my potting up outside, and the sun was shining. They were out there for an hour or two before I brought them back inside under the lights. Maybe they got sunburnt? Maybe it's transplant shock? I appreciate any insight you can provide.

You can send us photos of the seedlings so we can see what you may be dealing with. Based on your description this sounds like it may be sunburn.
