First photo: The tuft of green in the center is a fescue grass. The grass in the lower right corner may be a weed grass. There are also a couple of small chickweed plants starting.
2nd photo: This is one of the kinds of chickweed, a "winter annual" which germinates in the fall, establishes over the winter, and explodes with growth in spring. Here is our webpage about it: https://extension.umd.edu/hgic/common-chickweed
