What raspberry/blackberryvarieties are best for Grand Junction

The summer bearing are good as they set fruit prior to spotted winged drosophila (a vinegar fruit fly that damages good fruit) reaches peak populations. I like Latham, others are listed in the document below. Make sure to amend the soil, a soil test may help with that, they need well drained but moist, and some shade cloth or other shading can help prevent sunscald on fruit. Winter watering once a month also helps during dry months.
