What registrations, licenses, labels, etc. do I need to have in order to produce up to 1,000 pasture-raised, farm-processed broiler chickens and sell them, frozen, at farmer's markets in Ohio and across the river in Huntingon, WV?

If you are looking to sell poultry in both states the birds will have to be harvested at an USDA inspected facility. If you are looking to stay within Ohio the regulations are much more user friendly as long as you stay under 1,000 birds.
