I cant seem to get my 2017 corn harvest below 19% moisture. it is stored in bins with air floors. I run air to dry them. any suggestions?

My first thought is to get some heat on it, but I see in this factsheet from Minnesota that yes you can dry corn down in winter: https://www.extension.umn.edu/agriculture/corn/harvest/natural-air-corn-drying/
Looks like with these cold temperatures that there is not a great concern with molds increasing, but once we start to warm up then the problems may start. SO read over the factsheet and see what fits with your setup and do what you can to get it down to 13%
