Non-astringent Persimmon

Asked December 5, 2017, 9:18 AM EST

Three years ago I planted a Ichi-Ki-Kei-Jiro persimmon which is doing very well and fruited for the first time this year. I am interested in planting another tree, maybe a different variety. Can you recommend additional varieties of non-astringent asian persimmon that might do well in north eastern Maryland?

We have been enjoying the delicious fruits of a colleague's 'Fuyu' persimmons tree.
It is delicious.
