what is this bug on my plant

hybiscus, in the office now. was outside an I used Bonide Insecticidal Multi-purpose Insect control soap. ready to use. and some stuff you put into the soil. It looked good until this week when I got this stuff on their flowers and leaves by the flowers. Mary Skuza

It looks like your plant may have spider mites. The closeup of the insects is not good enough for me to see any detail. Spider mites have 8 legs. They make webs on the underside of flowers and leaves and they are a common pest of hibiscus.
