Canning spoiled tuna and botulism
Ike and a bunch of tuna this year but it's at around a little bit long before I actually can it and some of it spoiled. My question is does it put me at higher risk for botulism or will you just get a normal kind of sick from eating spoiled canned tuna. What are the risks.
