How do I over-winter Dragon Wing begonia plant inside my condo?

Sunny location, not too hot, lightly fertilized (1/4 strength), keep watered. They won't look as good as outdoors, but should survive.

Also, it goes without saying, don't bring them in if they have insects or disease.

Thanks. Is it helpful to trim back to a joint where new growth has begun?

If your plant is too large, or too leggy, you might want to consider rooting a cutting. The links I gave tell you how.
