What’s in my potted plant?

I found these things in the saucer under a potted plant I brought in from the patio a month ago. See attached photo. I don’t know if these are worm castings or something from ants or something else I should be concerned about getting out of the house. The plant is an African mask, pretty large, about 2 1/2 feet tall including the pot. It seems healthy.
