Hello. I have 2 questions about freezing food to preserve it. I bought lots of vegetables at a farmer's market, and my family won't be able to eat them all while they are fresh. We have red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, purple cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms. Will it work to just put them into the freezer in freezer bags, or do I have to cook them or process them in some way first? Also, in my freezer now are 2 plastic containers of chicken pieces and drippings from a roast chicken. They have been frozen for about a month. How long will this keep? Thank you for your help!
