Is this grass considered a non-native invasive in Maryland?

This ornamental grass self-seeds prolifically. It is on our HGIC invasive plant list. It is listed as invasive in states around us and in the District, as well as the mid-Atlantic region in general. (See our HGIC Invasive Plant list by clicking on Invasive in the homepage "Problems" section.)
It is not an official invasive plant in Maryland, but that list is quite small and just recently begun.
