Is my Spruce tree going to fall on my house?

I have a large 91 year old spuce tree in my front yard its about 90 feet tall and the base is about ten feet from my house. In the last few years it has noticably leaned more towards the house. I'm concerened that it could fall on my house. What can i do to determine if its hazard?
