The one showng in all three pictures is a predatory bug in the family Anthocoridae - most likely the species is Orius tristicolor. These are commonly known as pirate bugs (argghh, matey). They are beneficial as predators of soft bodied insects and arthropods, such as thrips, aphids, small caterpillars and caterpillar eggs, and spider mites.
