Crab turned green after cooking

My cousin cooked a pot of crabs, and one turned green after cooking. What would cause this? Is it safe to eat? (She said the meat looked fine).

Can you tell me a little more about how you cooked the crabs? It looks like it was a Dungeness, is that correct?
