Hi, I would like to plant one or two linden trees on my land. I live at 6500 ft in the foothills west of Boulder. What would you recommend? And where would I find a trustworthy source? Thanks in advance for your help.

The linden tree grows in U.S. Department of Agriculture plant hardiness zones 3 through 8.American basswood (T. americana) is native to North America. Linden is a large tree at maturity, reaching 50 to 80 feet in height with a spread of 35 to 50 feet.

Do you know what zone you are in?
