Daphnis nerii

What can you tell me about this moth which I saw at the New Carrollton Metro Station today. I thought it was unusual so I took a picture. It looks like a Daphnis nerii which I read is not native to the US at all.

This looks like a Pandorus sphinx moth, Eumorpha pandorus. This is common throughout the eastern US. Caterpillars feed on ampelopsis, grape, and Virginia creeper.
