We purchased a 6" pot of a Jasmine Sanbac at Homestead Gardens today. Will oit survive an Annapolis winter? What care/protection can we provide the plant to help it survive?

No, these jasmines are tropical and are grown in ground in zones 9-11.
You can grow it here in a container as a houseplant in the winter, and put it outside in the summer.
