Identification of this invasive weed

Asked August 28, 2017, 9:34 AM EDT

Any idea of the name of this weed? Appeared last year in my flower beds, spread to entire 3 acre property this year both sun and shade locations. They start off as teeny tiny plants (less than 1/8 inch) almost like ground cover then quickly bolt to 2ft tall! Pulling out by hand they reappear in 2 weeks, weed killer doesn't work. Disposing in trash, not compost.

It is considered an invasive plant in Delaware, and Maryland may not be far behind. HGIC has it in our Invasive plant list.
