New grass growing in Meadow, is it invasive & can it just be pulled?

I've found a new grass in our Meadow. I fear it is an invasive one and what is the best way to be rid of it?

Looks like barnyardgrass, based on the seed head. This is a weed from Asia. Just pull it and put the plant (or at least the seed heads) in the garbage. Don't compost them. You can throw the rest of the plant on top of brush pile and let it die. By the time it settles to the soil, no danger of it propagating.
