Help, please, identifying super tiny flying insect

Appears late afternoon/early evening. Will approach and land on humans. Suburban neighborhood. Very tiny flying insect. Please see attached photo. Could you please help identify?

This is not a bee (bees have 4 wings) and does not sting. It is a flower or syrphid fly. It may have been attracted to sweat. Here is information about it: https://extension.umd.edu/hgic/flower-fly This is a beneficial insect and should not be sprayed. No cause for concern. It's a healthy part of the environment.
