There are two common fungal diseases that cause leaf spotting and dieback like this in tomatoes: early blight and septoria leaf spot. These diseases co-occur at the same time, and the management practices for both are the same. There is nothing you can do at this point to "cure" the problem. Pick off the tomatoes that are already showing color. You can keep them on a counter top inside to let them finish ripening.
