Identifying invasive weed/vine in Montgomery County, Maryland
This looks like a wild grape vine, a native which produces a lot of food for wildlife. The birds, in particular, spread the seeds.
Vines, in general, respond to increased carbon dioxide levels by growing faster and more aggressively. At least this is not a non-native invasive vine, but wild grape still needs to be controlled in a small home landscape.
Keep an eye out for seedlings and pull them up promptly. Cut these vines off at the base--or pull them if you can. Do not let them smother your plants and kill them.
